Help for your Teen

Your teen can tackle their anxiety, depression, and trauma and move through their teen years with calm confidence.

In addition to therapy for your teens, we offer support for parents

Our “UnPerfect Parenting” classes are a series of 6 classes designed to be the bridge from stressful and chaotic to confident parenting.

This series is highly recommended for all parents whose teens are in therapy, whether at the Collective or elsewhere.

We work with teens who:

  • struggle in relationships - with peers and family

  • are self-harming

  • experience unexplained symptoms like headaches, stomach aches

  • argue with their parents over the simplest of requests

  • go from making good grades to struggling in school

  • struggle to manage their emotions

  • have panic attacks and social anxiety

  • seem to have no purpose or ambition

Together we can:

  • learn how to get unstuck from the big emotions and negative behavior patterns

  • understand why you’re not going crazy, but your brain is doing its job

  • understand how trying harder, playing harder, and blaming others won’t work

  • how to get unstuck with legitimate, researched methods and practices

  • more effectively work to find happiness once more and reconnect with the people most important to you

  • discover new paths to address complex problems
